These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases, deliveries, website use, and interactions with Freya Water (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

These Terms comply with applicable legislation in the Faroe Islands, Denmark, the EU, and—where relevant—consumer protection standards in the USA.

 

3. Orders & Availability

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if products are unavailable, incorrectly priced, or suspected of misuse.

  • A binding agreement is formed once you receive an order confirmation by email.

 

4. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are listed in DKK (or specify currency) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout using approved payment methods.

  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time; however, the price shown at the time of purchase will apply to your order.

 

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method.

  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

  • If a package is damaged upon arrival, you must notify us and the carrier immediately.

 

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU and Danish consumer law:

  • You have a 14‑day right of withdrawal for unopened, unused products.

  • Due to health and safety regulations, opened or consumed bottled water cannot be returned.

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at freya@freyawater.fo with your order number.

  • Refunds are issued once returned goods are received and inspected.

 

7. Product Quality & Liability

  • Freya Water products are produced and bottled according to strict quality and safety standards.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will replace or refund it in accordance with consumer protection laws.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product and does not cover indirect losses unless required by law.

 

8. Use of Website & Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website — including branding, text, images, and design — is owned by Freya Water and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

  • Misuse of the website or attempts to access restricted areas may result in legal action.

 

9. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

We take data protection seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data in accordance with GDPR, Faroese law, Danish law, and relevant US regulations.
